Come on a weeknight to avoid the line!

THREE GREAT WAYS TO VISIT

kiwanisHolidayLights_website_icons_walk_blue.png

Walk It.

Walkers should enter off Mound Ave. and under the train trestle at Park Lane/Woodland Ave. Parking is available in the CHS parking lots (off Woodland Ave.), near the ball fields (off Sibley Pkwy.), inside Sibley Park (limited availability) and on-street parking near the entrances. Watch for the bright blue signage directing you to parking areas. Dogs are not allowed in Sibley Park.

Hint: On busy nights, it’s best for walkers to enter the park from the south, under the train trestle.

Cash and non-perishable food donations are accepted at all entrances. A free program is available to all guests.

Concessions are also available inside of the park and include cocoa, cider, soda, water, candy canes, mini donuts, Little Debbie holiday treats, warm mini donuts and more!

Concessions Menu.

PLEASE RESPECT NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENTS. PARK ONLY IN DESIGNATED PARKING LOTS OR ALLOWED ON-STREET AREAS.  "NO PARKING" ZONES WILL BE ENFORCED BY MANKATO PUBLIC SAFETY.

Drive It.

Vehicles must enter on SIBLEY PARKWAY and follow it all the way around the sledding hill into Sibley Park. Directional signage in Downtown Mankato will help guide you to the route. Once inside the park, there are limited parking spaces for those who would also like to get out of their vehicles and walk through the park.

Avoid long lines on weekends by arriving early or by parking outside of Sibley Park and walking through the displays. However, if you are in line by closing time, you will be allowed to continue through the displays.

Cash and non-perishable food donations are gladly accepted at the driving entrance. A free program available to all guests.

Note: Vehicles will be prohibited from entering at the Woodland Ave., Park Lane and Mound Ave. entrances.

Bus It.

Pre-approved bus groups (senior living facilities, large charter buses) must call (507) 385-9129 in advance and leave a message with your contact information (including email address). Approved buses can enter the park at the special bus entrance at 708 Mound Ave. (Hint: put this address in your GPS so that you can easily find the bus entrance). Buses can also exit the park on Mound Ave. or continue to Sibley Pkwy., but you must take Owatonna St. back to Riverfront Dr. in order to avoid the low-clearance train trestle at
Poplar St.

CLICK HERE for a map showing the bus entrance location.

Passengers are encouraged to bring a cash or non-perishable food donation. Free programs are available for all passengers upon request. A suggested donation per bus is $50-100.

Notes for Bus Drivers: Tune your radio to 90.1 FM before entering the lighted driving tunnel so that your passengers can hear the music that is timed to the lights in this part of the display. Please take care in making the sharp left turn after exiting the tunnel.

Note: Limousines and privately-chartered bus services must enter the park via the Sibley Parkway entrance with other vehicular traffic.
